Bought a Wave Duo through my employer's HSA shop. When I received it, it wouldn't charge or turn on. I reached out to Therabody for a warranty/replacement claim. I had to provide info twice: once in the "chat"...View More help and once when a real person actually engaged. Then I had to ship them the defective device, wait for them to examine it, and FINALLY they sent me a new one (about 3.5 weeks later). The replacement device: SAME PROBLEM. Don't waste your money.
