Scanning books (even at 1.5" thick) works well with the edge scanning feature. The edge also makes it easy to locate the book consistantly. Speed is MUCH slower than advertised, the fastest I could get was 7.5 seconds at...View More 100 dpi, BW mode with no descreening. This is forever if you have ever scanned a book. EVERY scan was preceded with a 2 second calibration scan which could easily be done away with as how much do conditions change every 15 seconds?? As a digital hoarder I have scannedView Less

This is not the best scanner - preview is bad, scanned images can be unfocused of paper is not sitting on scanner's surface. But, this is a very affordable A3 scanner and for its money, its worth the purchase. I found the...View More drivers online and had no issue installing them.View Less

i wanted it, need it to prepare for a holiday, but it's stuck in croydon. No problem on the seller side, I bet Royal Mail 48 have lost it.
