Not all things that I scanned copied correctly. Instead of it copying the page exactly as it is, this scanner tries to analyze words and words are not printed correctly, some pages have sections that are missingnn

After my bad review and an email to the company, I got back a wonderful letter the next day detailing exactly how to download the software and start it running. Worked perfectly.
