I bought a Neato d7. The machine is finicky and their customer service is a joke. I’m throwing away this expensive machine and buying a roomba instead, which is what I should have done in the first place.

If there was a 0 star option, I would score it that way. I have to contact support every time I turn it on. Waste of money, a lot of money at that.

Worked great and was a big improvement over my old D4 but after only 2 months of use it refused to charge the battery, after contacting Neato Robotics on the app it was decided that it needed to be sent away for repair.
