My vacuum quit working within 2 weeks. I wasn't able to connect to the app to see what the problem was. When I contacted Neato I was disappointed in there response. I guess they would rather I return it that solve the...View More problem. I recommend everyone run it every day to make sure it works past the return date.View Less

NOTE: on your smartphone it will tell you to upgrade to a newer program; it doesn't exist.
