As wood is a natural product, dimensional deviations may occur due to drying or moisture absorption. To ensure optimal fit and stability, individual wooden elements should be pre-drilled on site. Delivery Delivery is carried out within the United Kingdom (UK mainland only). We do not deliver to islands. Freight carrier Delivery is made by freight carrier to the kerbside. Delivery appointments are arranged by phone or email. The stated delivery date may vary by approximately 4 working days. Small parcels are shipped via DHL, GLS, DPD or UPS. For freight deliveries, unloading is usually carried out using a pallet truck. In exceptional cases, manual unloading may be required.
