Our Singer machine never worked properly, and Singer support would not even discuss it unless we subscribed to a $50 monthly support service.

So the machine was stitching pretty roughly/not smooth, and we had a lot of tension issues. After getting that dialed in, now the electronics are failing. The back stitch just continues to stitch forward while the stop/start...View More button now stitches backwards. The back button for the needle adjustment menu no longer goes back, but instead adjusts the settings down while the normal up and down adjustment buttons both go up. Smh.
