CARE! Small and tricky to install

Firstly, this hook is SMALL. Check the web sites with dimensions before you buy it.
Secondly, my one only came with long screws for a concrete wall. I had to cut them down to fit a solid wooden door, then they were a lot of work...View More to get the screw to grip the wood.
Thirdly, the hook is very sensitive to anything being a couple of degrees out. It shows if it's not horizontal, obviously, but also if one of the screws goes in and it's not at a perfect right angle the hook won't fit on theView Less

Currently Im renovating my bathrooms and i've equipped a lot with hansgrohe such as the water drain in the shower and the sink, water tap and shower itself and all good quality products. However, this double hook is...View More absolutely outdated. It can ONLY be mounted on the wall with two 5cm screws and thus would damage the tiles in any bathroom. This is for smaller towels and guest towels absolutely unnecessary. The double hook must have the possibility for be mounted with glue for less heavyView Less

No adjustment when fitting

A really well made quality product, let down by having no adjustment. If you are out by a millimeter when drilling holes it looks wrong. Come on hansgrohe, give it a little bit of adjustment on a least one of the screw holes!
