I thought bowflexes were good. But what a piece of junk. This machine is not worth $500.

Overall I liked the product except that the tower was relatively low im 5’10 and the height was lower that I need to bend my knee while I’m doing pull ups. The tower looks great and work perfect just those minor details

I like the machine but it should come with a dvd about how to use the machine

I think this gym is very good. But it was difficult to find someone to install it for me.

Assembly Instructions Incomplete, for example the screws are referred to by letters and numbers but not identified by letters and numbers on the sheet where they are provided. Also, another minus is that some tools are provided...View More and some are not, a Philips screwdriver and a wrench should have been provided.
Some Parts NOT WELL MADE and will fail sooner than later, for example the seat slider has a cheap plastic roller instead of a steal one.
Documentation is overall poor at best. The cheapView Less
