I just tried this helmet on and it's too large given the indicated size.
Order ABSOLUTELY one size smaller than your regular size !!!
The helmet itself (when I put on the right one) fits very well and for me best helmet EVER...View More I fitted:

This is the third Shoei system helmet I have owned, the others being a Multitec and the original Neotec (which I'll call the Neotec 1). The Neotec 2 is the most comfortable and quiet helmet that I have used - much quieter...View More than the Neotec 1. There is more room in front of the face as compared with the Neotec 1, so that my nose no longer touches the breath guard. There is a built-in chin curtain to keep wind out at the bottom of the helmet, reducing noise. This does require a little attentionView Less
