I bought this basket with high hopes, and I used it grocery shopping, but within two days one end of the handle came loose. In addition, the basket is too tall. I can't lift my leg over it to get on and off the bike,...View More something I didn't realize when I ordered it. It would work with a step-through bike. I have requested a return, but the seller has not responded after more than ten days.
