I bought the M6 pro to act as a main 5g broadband router. On initial startup it showed a reasonable speed at 120 MPs. However after about an hour this dropped to 35mps. On a reboot the speed again reached 120mps but quickly...View More dropped. The WiFi coverage is appalling - even on extended setup. On reading reviews it seems the speed dropout is a common problem due to overheating. Netgear recommends removing the battery cover - so exposing it to moisture if outside.
For £890 this is a joke.
