High quality radio. Solid , very good sound. I use the internet radio and it works well. Reception of FM and DAB not soo good. Maybe due to the area where i live? User interface not very friendly.

Bought this as I had just bought ruark s3 for £649 which is good as it has CD player. little disappointed with sound from ruark as tone seemed muffled. Klang s1 is remarkable for a compact unit, the sound is clear and well...View More balanced. remote control takes alittle getting used to, only gripe is that mains lead is loose and if you move unit around it can come out.apart from this and the price I paid well under the £499 retail price I have a bargain in my option it is better than the ruark and looksView Less

I bought the Loewe Klang S3 because of the positive reviews, the sound is really pathetic for such an expensive product and I had to put the bass and treble way down to their zero positions and even then it was still boomy and...View More muffled, one very important thing that is not mentioned here is the BBC listen again facility, it no longer is supported, only the podcasts are supported, the very fact that Chromecast is not supported either is shocking, the Amazon Music facility is also very limited andView Less
