I don't have a Juwel tank, I have a Fluval Flex. And this still works perfect 👌
Only one very minor set back, there was no user manual on how to program the feeder. But a quick youtube search and I figured it out. Also,...View More there was a CD/dvd that came with it, I can only presume that maybe the user manual was on disc form.
Apart from that I'm very happy with the over all product. Definitely the best option for a automatic feeder on a hooded tank. Stop using these holiday "drop inView Less

Feed increments are not graduall not enough or to much and not consistent.
When you remove
remove cover to fill the feed wheel can move or fall out.
Not all the food is deposited in tank but over cover
