Managed to follow guide to assemble machine.
Pleased with the result and the machine is efficient at removing moss from the lawn.
I don’t use the basket to collect ,instead use my lawnmower as it has a larger basket.

I have purchased many Greenworks products and this does the job but when scarifying the grass collector is not big enough and can be temperamental. My lawn is approx 19x10m and after max 2 runs I have to either empty the grass...View More collector or manually move the grass to the rear of the catcher. Poor design.
Note: I also recommended Greenworks to a neighbour but upon the failure of a product Amazon say the warranty is with Greenworks and Greenworks say the warranty is with Amazon as they don’t sellView Less

My scarifier got a crack in the cheap plastic from what looks like a small stone in the ground. Amazing engineering to make this out of plastic when clearly it is going to be exposed to these things. They charge a lot for their...View More products and I expected something premium but it is the same quality as a budget brand but at a high price. They don't cover this on their warranty so essentially you are throwing your money away paying for more. It also churns through the battery which is expensiveView Less

I'm a big fan of greenworks tools, I have the strimmer, lawnmower, hedge trimmer and polesaw and all are excellent.
Sadly this one isn't so good, the power requirements for the motor under load are just too much for the...View More battery. With the 2.0ah battery you only get a few minutes performance. I purchased a 6ah 3rd party battery which worked well for a few months but then when doing some heavy scarifying, the battery broke.

I found this easy to push even over our somewhat uneven lawn and I was surprised by the amount of thatch it pulled out,
