The biggest flaw of this device is that it doesn't have a thermostat. it heats based on a set time, not on a temperature. Therefore, a glass or a plastic pot, or a pot from the fridge will all heat differently.

All in all we didn't use this device at all, just put the pot with food in a bowl and add hot water and wait until it's a nice temperature.View Less
