I got this cutter with the high hopes of cutting stickers quickly and easily. I heard all of the rave reviews, comparisons to cricut, and thought "Seems like the lesser of two evils".
I received the machine to much...View More joy, set it up, and tried cutting my first stickers. Cuts were wonky, shallow, too deep - all user error that could be tweaked and fixed. I wish I could just chalk these problems up to user error.

I swear this machine chooses when it wants to register the registration marks and most of the time, it fails. The strangest thing is, it has more issues registering ANY sticker paper, but if I put regular paper on the mat...View More (because I make memo pads), it works perfectly. But like...this is a sticker machine....and it refuses to accurately cut any sticker paper or even register sticker paper. I am tech savvy and I've been at this for over an hour trying to figure out what I'm supposed to do. I followed the instructions to download the software I sent some pictures over and it's cutting them through the...View More middle and butchering them. I'm trying to watch videos and what not.
