I bought my first Silhouette during covid- lasted 3 years and worked pretty well- therein lies the problem. Once you begin having issues, there's virtually no customer service. I bought a second Silhouette, the 4, 8 months...View More ago and I've had nothing but problems. It doesn't align properly, it doesn't cut properly, blade depth is always off, the cutting unit doesn't recalibrate on its own....the list goes on and on, and I'm no beginner, I know the troubleshooting techniques.View Less
