There us so much more going on in this game then you would think. Every round feels like a new game as you strategy changes and you adjust to the new cards in the center.

My wife and I were introduced to Targi on boardgamearea.com. We ended up liking it so much that I bought her a physical copy for Christmas. I think I enjoy playing our copy even more than the online version. The components are...View More decent. They aren't going to win any art awards or impress anyone watching you play, but they work. We wish the main play area was a board since the outer ring of cards doesn't change from game to game and the box could easily accommodate a folded board.View Less

It's easy to travel with, a fast set-up, incredibly "thinky", and a great game that's...View More well balanced for two people. It does take a game or two to grasp all the intricacies but once you get it you'll be grabbing it as a first choice for you, too, I bet.View Less

Challenging game for two people. Runs less than an hour. Some conflict with blocking other person - only mention because some people don't like those type of games.
