My three year old was wanting a train that would move on its own. We gave this one a try and he loves it. My one, almost two, year old plays with it as well. It only took one or two times to show them how to turn it on/off. I...View More would buy again without hesitation. ***But do play with supervision....my goofy girl (the younger) wanted to let it drive on her head and her fine hair did get caught in the wheels and had to be cut out. Not a fault of the toy. Just something to be careful of.View Less

These were our first trains. Purchased two sets for my two boys and they’re both perfect. We love that they’re motorized and have a strong magnet to pull the train cars well. And the light on the engine is a cute bonus!
