The wheel is big enough for my Syrian Hamster, however after one night with the wheel, the bottom of the wheel was already rubbing on the platform and not really moving. I have placed tissues in the whole where the wheel itself...View More is inserted into the stand, but every night i need to fix it, so that it actually moves but also making sure it doesnt touch the platform. Dissapointed as my hamster was really excited at first and as such I got rid of the box and cant return the wheel :/View Less

I don’t understand what animal this is designed for. It’s too light for a degu as it rips over when they run on it (the base is not wide enough and is too light). A smaller rodent like our tenrec can’t even turn it.
