I've had this lens for over a year and a half now. It's traveled across the world, held up through rain, terrain, clumsy bumps. It’s a fantastic product, as are most lenses that Sony manufacture, however, you’re more suited toward purchasing a “catch-all” lens which does everything.
This lens shines for near to mid ranges but nothing further, at least...View More during my testing.
I feel like for most people, they’d be better suited for a F1.4 variable lens (likely 28-65/70mm).View Less

The power cord was not the correct one. Seems like this item was sold to someone else and they jammed the the cord ( Not the correct one) and bent the prongs. Very dissatisfied.
