During first use smoked quite a lot,not condensed water been using rice cooker for more than 20 years so not inexperience,but there after works fine

I'm Asian and for me, this cooker makes a tad watery rice if you follow the suggestion in the manual (I always use jasmine rice). But the good side is that any leftover, at least up to the next day, the rice is nicely spongy...View More but not too sticky- just like how perfect jasmine rice should be.
