I made a batch of yogurt, and it came out very liquid, despite following instructions. I have been making yogurt for years, and bought this after our previous yogurt maker stopped working. So i am familiar with ratios and...View More what-not. I decided to give it another go, but this time, i put a temperature gauge in the machine, to check if it actually reaches the right temperature to ferment yogurt.
