The house set includes all the necessary parts for installation: impregnated base frame, wall details, floorboards and skirting boards, roof beams, roof boards and roof moldings and opening fillings. The house set does not include a roof covering, it is possible to buy both roofing felt and/or roof shingles. Sri Lanka can be chosen in both Silver and Gold variants.
