Trying to buy anything from them directly is just...View More awful, I had to cancel 2 orders with them despite fault being on their side.The wagon itself is very good, the wheels can bump up curbs, our toddler enjoys sitting in it, and there is plenty of space for day trip stuff.The customer service is lacking and I wouldn't engageView Less
