This product was bought for our 5 year old grandsons birthday it broke on day one and he was heartbroken. I wrote to complain but never heard anything. The propellers broke and could not be repaired. It cost £38 for 30 mins....View More Disappointed that we never heard back from the supplier. Unfortunately we did not have the original packaging so it was always going to be difficult to send back.View Less
