I ordered this for my elderly mother who is very hard of hearing. Once I had set it up, the volume and clarity of voice from the handset was very good for her and the loudspeaker function excellent. The manual is not the...View More clearest and had to work from instinct to set up some things. Also, to pick up the handset and then put onto speaker phone is very fiddly. Happily, answering by using the speaker phone in first instance works very well.

The big buttons make it easy to dial, it looks very stylish. The only down side is the manual/operating booklet. Whilst being very clear and concise it took two of us to setup the basic functions, one reading and one carrying...View More out the spoken instructions, but we only added the easy functions.
I’m sure in a few days of using the product will get us used to it. Don’t let our inadequacies prevent you buying this well made and nice to handle product.View Less
