Exciting adventures and puzzles await the player in the Spiderwick universe! The three siblings Jared, Simon, and Mallory move with their mother into the somewhat rundown, mysteriously appearing house of their great-aunt. The great-aunt once lived there with her husband Arthur Spiderwick. One day, when Jared goes on an exploration tour through the house, he discovers a mysterious book. A handwritten letter warns against opening the book, let alone reading it. But Jared is curious and ignores the warning. It is Arthur Spiderwick's book, which reveals to Jared access to an invisible world.
