Sonos Port

This is my second Sonos, first I had the Connect and now the Port. The connect lasted 10 years plus. I am very happy with the port and it does everything I need, it just is quite an expensive piece of kit.

Very difficult to install. Spent hours. Finally got it to work. A day later, the device is no longer found on the network. Tech support does not really help. Works perfectly. We wanted to play our old record player through the new Sonos system. We have the outdoor, sound bar, wireless and bluetooth speakers throughout the house and it worked perfectly.

This is perfect when you want to use existing components like an old school receiver.

Sonos port allows you to add an existing non-Sonos equipment to your system. But as with added analog speakers it does come with sync issues.
