This stereo was purchased to replace the VW RCD 510 that was fitted to my VW Golf Mk6.
I installed this stereo myself saving £100 from a professional fitter but you will have to buy addition items before installing such as an...View More infoadapter (retains park assist display/steering wheel controls etc...), facia trim & ariel adapters (items specific to my vehicle VW Golf Mk6). Love Kenwood radios. They have their quirks, like the menu system being a little confusing at times, but the quality and customization is great. I really wish they would use a matte screen though, because after just a few drives...View More the screen is completely covered in fingerprints. I now carry a pack of eyeglass cleaning wipes in my glovebox for this reason.View Less

Product arrived fast, but it simply didn't work. Communication with seller was slow and it didn't help, was vague and focusing on "something I might have done wrong". So I returned it. Process was smooth and...View More went well.
I went to a local car hifi shop and bought the same model (5 stars) off the shelf (it was more expensive) but worked right away and also received good advice on the speakers changes I wanted to make.View Less

Works well, load up from cold about 30 seconds. Unfortunately wireless mirroring not compatible with Google pixel 5, not the end of the world as android auto sufficient for my needs. Overall a nice upgrade.
