In 3D environments, close combat attacks or ranged weapons such as shuriken and exploding cards (including original attacks from the source material) are used to save the village behind the leaves and gradually rise to become Hokage, the supreme ninja. Upgradable abilities using collectible chips and mini-games are intended to provide long-term motivation.
